I have a love for English and believe that there is power in being able to use the language with feeling. My experience in South Africa and Thailand has given me an insight into a number of ways of learning and teaching language. By merging the experience and knowledge I have gained I want to create a connection between what the students are learning and their own environment thus making it relevant to them. So making language a part of their lives rather than just something they have to learn.
